Does changing case work for Chinese text?
Chinese characters have no upper or lower case, so they stay unchanged. The options affect Latin letters and other scripts that have case.
What does Title Case do to every word?
Title Case capitalizes the first letter of each whitespace-separated word and lowercases the rest. It does not understand names or acronyms.
Is my text uploaded while its case is changed?
